Steve McIntosh is founder and CEO of CML, a recruitment and HR consulting firm based in the Cayman Islands.  Having begun his career in the UK with accounting firm KPMG, Steve transferred to the Cayman Islands in 2001, where he now resides permanently with his wife and two children.  He is a recovering chartered accountant (FCA, ICAEW), HR professional (GPHR, HRCI), and outside-the box thinker.
