You will find there is a good mix of students within the class and the activities are varied. The first week is a very social week and there many activities to participate in. For example, visiting colleges, the Bodleian Library, shops, restaurants . . . Oxford is a great city and there is a lot to do. So, after a full day of lecture, take the time to explore the city and get to learn more about your classmates -- Best of luck next year.

I have been accepted at Oxford to begin 2009. Your first week description was appreciated and has helped me understand and prepare for what lies ahead, better. Best of luck in the remainder of your programme. By the way, what do us non-drinkers do when everyone else is visiting pubs and partying?
