Tim is the Head of School at Delaware County Christian School, a Pre-kindergarten to 12th grade independent school in Suburban Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  Tim’s experience spans 25 years in independent and public schools and higher education.  He has served as the Co-chair of the Vanderbilt University Peabody Professional Institute for Independent School Leadership for the past six years and currently serves as the Co-director of the ADVIS-Penn Summer Leadership Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
